Welcome to LeadJoint (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website leadjoint.com and our cold email marketing services.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


1. Services

LeadJoint provides cold email marketing services, including but not limited to campaign strategy, copywriting, list handling (when provided by the client), campaign setup, and performance reporting.

We do not guarantee specific results such as leads, replies, meetings, or revenue, as outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control.


2. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

LeadJoint is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate data, poor deliverability due to prior domain reputation, or non-compliant client offers.


3. Email Compliance & Legal Disclaimer

Cold emailing is regulated differently across jurisdictions. While we follow industry best practices, the client is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with laws including but not limited to:

LeadJoint does not provide legal advice. Clients are encouraged to consult legal counsel if unsure about compliance.


4. Payments & Refunds

All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Due to the nature of services rendered (strategy, setup, execution), payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Any exceptions will be at the sole discretion of LeadJoint and must be confirmed in writing.


5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary, technical, and business information shared during the engagement.

This obligation survives termination of the service.


6. Intellectual Property

All strategies, frameworks, templates, and processes developed by LeadJoint remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Campaign copies created specifically for the client may be used by the client after full payment.


7. Limitation of Liability

LeadJoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or reputational damage.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in the preceding 30 days.


8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as per the agreed service terms.

Outstanding payments remain due upon termination.


9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.


10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
